Breakfasts 

Breakfast Casserole
Open lid slightly to allow venting, microwave for 1-2 minutes.  Or sauté on stove with a little butter for 3-5 minutes until warmed through.  Flipping ½ way through.  Recommendation: add a lid onto the pan for the first ½ of the sauté to heat thoroughly 

Sourdough Protein Pancakes 
Remove lid, then remove fruit cup and maple syrup.  Pour maple syrup onto pancakes if desired, put lid lightly back onto tray and microwave for 1:30-2 minutes.  Put fruit and maple syrup onto pancakes once heated through. 

Egg Bites 
These instructions can be used for all variations of egg bites. Remove lid, then remove the cilantro lime crema sauce.  Put lid lightly back onto tray and microwave for 1-2 minutes.  Pour sauce onto egg bites once heated through. 

Stuffed Portobellos 
Open lid slightly to allow venting, microwave for 1-2 minutes until warmed through.  Or sauté on low heat on a pan with the lid on for 5-7 minutes until warmed through. 

Sourdough Breakfast Quiche 
Open lid slightly to allow venting, microwave for 1-2 minutes until warmed through.  Or sauté on low heat on a pan with the lid on for 5-7 minutes until warmed through. 

Lunches & Dinners 

Italian Pasta Salad 
Open lid slightly to allow venting, microwave for 1-2 minutes until warmed through.  Or sauté on low heat on a pan with the lid on for 5-7 minutes until warmed through. 

Smoked Pork Steaks 
Remove lid, then remove BBQ sauce or pour BBQ sauce onto the pork steaks. Once sauce is removed put lid lightly back onto the tray and heat until warmed through.  Microwave 1:30-2 minutes.  Or sauté on stove on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until warmed through. 

Smoked Tri tip 
Remove lid, then remove BBQ sauce or pour the BBQ sauce onto the tri tip. Once sauce is removed put lid lightly back onto the tray and heat until warmed through.  Microwave 1:30-2 minutes.  Or sauté on stove on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until warmed through. 

Tangy Greek Chicken 
Remove lid, then remove hummus and tzatziki sauce. Once sauce is removed put lid lightly back onto the tray and heat until warmed through.  Microwave 1:30-2 minutes.  Or sauté on stove on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until warmed through. 

Terriyaki Chicken & Fried Rice 
Remove lid and pour teriyaki sauce over chicken. Once sauce is poured put lid lightly back onto the tray and heat until warmed through.  Microwave 1:30-2 minutes.  Or sauté on stove on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until warmed through.

Asian Ground Beef
Remove lid, then remove chili sauce.  Coleslaw can be removed or opened and heated up with the rice and beef.  Once sides are removed or added, put lid lightly back onto the tray and heat until warmed through.  Microwave 1:30-2 minutes.  Or sauté on stove on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until warmed through. 

Creamy Orzo 
Remove lid and sprinkle parmesan over the meal or keep to the side. Once parmesan is sprinkled put lid lightly back onto the tray and heat until warmed through.  Microwave 1:30-2 minutes.  Or sauté on stove on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until warmed through.

Flank Steak Pad Thai 
Remove lid and pour pad Thai sauce over the meal. Once sauce is poured put lid lightly back onto the tray and heat until warmed through.  Microwave 1:30-2 minutes.  Or sauté on stove on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until warmed through. Stir all the ingredients together to cover with the sauce once it is warmed through. 

Ground Beef Taco Bowl 
Remove lid, then remove salsa and cilantro lime crema. Once sauce is removed put lid lightly back onto the tray and heat until warmed through.  Microwave 1:30-2 minutes.  Or sauté on stove on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until warmed through. Pour salsa and green sauce over meal once heated or serve on the side. 

Shrimp & Asparagus Risotto
Remove lid and sprinkle parmesan over the meal or keep to the side. Once parmesan is sprinkled put lid lightly back onto the tray and heat until warmed through.  Microwave 1:30-2 minutes.  Or sauté on stove on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until warmed through.

Slow Cooked Italian Sausage 
Remove lid and sprinkle parmesan over the meal or keep to the side. Once parmesan is sprinkled put lid lightly back onto the tray and heat until warmed through.  Microwave 1:30-2 minutes.  Or sauté on stove on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until warmed through. Sausages are very soft, cut into slices if desired to make sure they are heated thoroughly

Remove lid, then remove the sauce. Once sauce is removed put lid lightly back onto the tray and heat until warmed through.  Microwave 1:30-2 minutes.  Or sauté on stove on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until warmed through. Pour sauce over meal once heated or serve on the side.

Turkey Meatball Stroganoff 
Remove lid and sprinkle parmesan over the meal or keep to the side. Once parmesan is sprinkled put lid lightly back onto the tray and heat until warmed through.  Microwave 1:30-2 minutes.  Or sauté on stove on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until warmed through. Meatballs are very soft, cut into slices if desired to make sure they are heated thoroughly.

Turkey Meatloaf 
Remove lid, then remove gravy or pour the gravy onto the pork shoulder. Once sauce is removed put lid lightly back onto the tray and heat until warmed through.  Microwave 1:30-2 minutes.  Or sauté on stove on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until warmed through.

Zesty Ground Chicken Stuffed Peppers 
Remove lid, then remove cilantro lime crema. Once sauce is removed put lid lightly back onto the tray and heat until warmed through.  Microwave 1:30-2 minutes.  Or sauté on stove on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until warmed through. Pour green sauce over meal once heated or serve on the side. 

Paprika Chicken & Gnocchi
Remove lid and sprinkle parmesan over the meal or keep to the side. Once parmesan is sprinkled put lid lightly back onto the tray and heat until warmed through.  Microwave 1:30-2 minutes.  Or sauté on stove on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until warmed through.

Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo 
Remove lid and pour Alfredo sauce over the meal, sprinkle parmesan over the meal or keep to the side. Once sauce is poured and/or parmesan is sprinkled put lid lightly back onto the tray and heat until warmed through.  Microwave 1:30-2 minutes.  Or sauté on stove on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until warmed through. Stir all the ingredients together to cover with the sauce once it is warmed through

Family Meals 

Asian Ground Beef & Coleslaw 
Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 mins with the lid on.  Serve once warmed through.  Coleslaw is served on the side but can be added prior to placing in the oven so that it is warmed through also.  

Creamy Orzo 
Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 mins with the lid on. Serve once warmed through, if it looks like it needs to come together more, add a couple splashes of heavy cream or milk to bring the sauce back to the correct consistency.  Parmesan served on the side for garnish or it can be added once warmed into the main container.

Remove lid, pour pad Thai sauce onto meal and stir slightly.  Place lid back on and bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 mins.  Once warmed through, stir to cover the sauce over the dish.  Serve with sesame seed, cilantro or green onion if desired.

Turkey Meatball Stroganoff
Remove lid, pour stroganoff sauce onto meal and stir slightly.  Place lid back on and bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 mins.  Once warmed through, stir to cover the sauce over the dish.  Serve with parmesan that can be added once served. 

Turkey Meatloaf 
Bake meatloaf at 325 fir 40-50 mins with the lid on to ensure it is warmed thoroughly.  Broccoli and mashed potatoes can either be heated in the microwave or moved to a baking dish to be warmed in the oven with the meat loaf.  Mashed potatoes and broccoli, bake for 20-30 mins in the oven.  Broccoli 2 mins in the microwave, Mashed potatoes 2-3 min in the microwave.  Gravy can be warmed in the microwave or on the stove for serving/ 

Zesty Ground Chicken Stuffed Peppers 
Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 mins with the lid on. Serve once warmed through. Cilantro lime crema can be poured on once served. 

Chicken Divan 
Bake at 350 degrees with the lid on for 40 mins, remove lid and bake until browned and bubbly about 15 more mins. 

Creamy Chicken Enchiladas 
Bake at 350 degrees with the lid on for 30 mins, remove lid and bake until browned and bubbly about 15 more mins. 

Hearty Meat Lasagna 
Bake at 350 degrees with the lid on for 40 mins, remove lid and bake until browned and bubbly about 15 more mins.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 mins with the lid on. Serve once warmed through. Parmesan served on the side for garnish or it can be added once warmed into the main container.

Just Meat 

All meat options can be heated in the microwave for 1-3 minutes.  We prefer to add them to a sauté pan with a small amount of oil or butter and heat them for 7-10 mins until warmed through with a little crisp and then served with your favorite sides. 

Sourdough Breads

Sourdough loaves
All can be sliced and placed in a freezer bag if it is not being used right away.  Slicing prior to freezing is the best option for easy use later. 

Sourdough Rolls
Can be frozen and warmed as needed.  Warm the rolls in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. 

Sourdough Naan 
Can be frozen and warmed as needed.  Warm the naan in the oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 mins or puff back up on the stove top on a sauté pan for 1-2 mins per side. 

Sourdough Tortillas
Can be frozen and warmed as needed.  Warm the naan in the oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 mins or puff back up on the stove top on a sauté pan for 1-2 mins per side. 

Sourdough Treats 

Cinnamon Rolls 
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 mins until warmed through.  Or can be served individually and warmed in the microwave for 1 minute.
